HEALTHY & WHOLESOME - Auric Noodles are Baked Noodles, unlike other noodles which are Fried. This makes Auric Noodles Zero Oil, Zero cholesterol & free from trans fat. Moreover, Auric Noodles does not have any Maida [Refined Flour] but 40% Millet leading to 50% more protein than most of the noodles in the country. Maida is known to exacerbate inflammation and diabetes. Foxtail Millet flour on the other hand not only increases protein content but also makes Auric noodles diabetic-friendly.
