Cooking Instructions -


For vegetable Dalia.

1.Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan.

2.Add Dalia and roast for 2-3 minutes until aromatic. You can dry roast also.

3.Saute jeera and hing. Now your favorite vegetables, spices, turmeric, and salt to the cooker.

4.Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add soaked moong dal.

5.Mix well and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
